NFA regularly recruits qualified Social Workers to carry out Foster Carers' Form F assessments. As a freelance assessor we expect you to work independently, to a high standard, and within given time scales.

Sessional Support Worker

As an NFA, self employed sessional support worker you will need experience of working with children and young people and an interest in their welfare. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are also vital. An enhanced CRB will be required for the role together with a full driving licence and the use of a car.
